§303.343. IFSP Team meeting and periodic review. — Inbound Citations

Each system must ensure, for each infant or toddler with a disability and his or her family in the State, that an IFSP, as defined in § 303.20, is developed and implemented that meets the requirements of §§ 303.340 through 303.345, and that includes service coordination services, as defined in § 303.34.

(d) Is developed in accordance with the IFSP procedures in §§ 303.342, 303.343, and 303.345.

(i) The development, review, and evaluation of IFSPs and interim IFSPs in accordance with §§ 303.342 through 303.345; and

(e) Any conference conducted under paragraph (c) of this section or meeting to develop the transition plan under paragraph (d) of this section (which conference and meeting may be combined into one meeting) must meet the requirements in §§ 303.342(d) and (e) and 303.343(a).

(b) Each periodic review under § 303.342(b) must provide for the participation of persons in paragraphs (a)(1)(i) through (a)(1)(iv) of this section. If conditions warrant, provisions must be made for the participation of other representatives identified in paragraph (a) of this section.
