§303.227. Traditionally underserved groups.
34 C.F.R. § 303.227
The State must ensure that policies and practices have been adopted to ensure—
That traditionally underserved groups, including minority, low-income, homeless, and rural families and children with disabilities who are wards of the State, are meaningfully involved in the planning and implementation of all the requirements of this part; and
That these families have access to culturally competent services within their local geographical areas.
