§303.200. State application and assurances.
34 C.F.R. § 303.200
Each application must contain—
The specific State application requirements (including certifications, descriptions, methods, and policies and procedures) required in §§ 303.201 through 303.212; and
The assurances required in §§ 303.221 through 303.227.
