§303.124. Data collection. — Inbound Citations

(2) The State has in effect a statewide system of early intervention services that meets the requirements of section 635 of the Act, including policies and procedures that address, at a minimum, the components required in §§ 303.111 through 303.126.

Each statewide system (system) must include, at a minimum, the components described in §§ 303.111 through 303.126.

(c) If a State includes in its application a State policy described in paragraph (a) of this section, the State must submit to the Secretary, in the State's report under § 303.124, the number and percentage of children with disabilities who are eligible for services under section 619 of the Act but whose parents choose for their children to continue to receive early intervention services under this part.
