§303.116. Public awareness program.

34 C.F.R. § 303.116

Each system must include a public awareness program that—

(a)

Focuses on the early identification of infants and toddlers with disabilities; and

(b)

Provides information to parents of infants and toddlers through primary referral sources in accordance with § 303.301.
