§222.158. What procedures apply to the Secretary's review of an initial decision?

34 C.F.R. § 222.158

When the Secretary reviews an initial decision, the Secretary—

(a)

Notifies the applicant in writing that it may file a written statement or comments; and

(b)

Mails to each party written notice of the Secretary's final decision.
