§96.450. What happens if the Coast Guard disapproves an organization's request to be authorized?

33 C.F.R. § 96.450

(a)

The Coast Guard will write to the organization explaining why it did not meet the criteria for authorization.

(b)

The organization may then correct the deficiencies and reapply.
