§52.52. Notice of hearing.

If the Chair determines that a hearing is warranted, the Chair shall notify the applicant that a hearing has been granted.
The date of hearing shall be not less than 21 days from the date of this notification. Written notice stating the date, time, and place of the hearing shall be given to the applicant and the Coast Guard.
