§25.603. Claims payable.
33 C.F.R. § 25.603
A claim for death, personal injury, or damage to or loss of real or personal property under this subpart is payable when caused by a military member or a civilian employee of the Coast Guard:
Incident to the use of a vehicle of the United States at any place; or
Incident to the use of any other property of the United States on a government installation.
