§175.301. Applicability.
33 C.F.R. § 175.301
This subpart applies to recreational vessels that are propelled or controlled by propulsion machinery.
Recreational vessels constructed prior to August 22, 2016, will be deemed built before model year 2017 and must meet the requirements of 33 CFR 175.380.
Recreational vessels constructed prior to November 19, 1952, will be deemed built before model year 1953 and must meet the requirements of 33 CFR 175.390.
