(a)

A separation zone is bounded by a line connecting the following geographical positions—

A traffic lane for south-westbound traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographical positions:

A traffic lane for north-eastbound traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographical positions:
