A traffic separation zone is established bounded by a line connecting the following geographical positions:
A traffic lane for northbound traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographic positions:
A traffic lane for southbound traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographic positions:
