(a)

A separation zone is established bounded by a line connecting the following geographic positions—

A traffic lane for north-westbound traffic is established between separation zone and a line connecting the following geographic positions:

A traffic lane for south-eastbound traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographic positions:
