A precautionary area is established with a radius of 5.4 miles and is centered upon geographical position 41°06.00′ N, 71°23.30′ W.
(b)
A precautionary area is established with a radius of 3.55 miles and is centered upon geographical position 41°25.60′ N, 71°23.30′ W.
