§165.13. General regulations.

33 C.F.R. § 165.13

(a)

The master of a vessel in a regulated navigation area shall operate the vessel in accordance with the regulations contained in Subpart F.

(b)

No person may cause or authorize the operation of a vessel in a regulated navigation area contrary to the regulations in this part.
