§160.208. Updates to a submitted NOA.
33 C.F.R. § 160.208
Unless otherwise specified in this section, whenever events cause NOA information submitted for a vessel to become inaccurate, or the submitter to realize that data submitted was inaccurate, the owner, agent, Master, operator, or person in charge of that vessel must submit an update within the times required in § 160.212.
Changes in the following information need not be reported—
Changes in arrival or departure times that are less than six (6) hours;
Changes in vessel location or position of the vessel at the time of reporting (entry (2)(vi) to Table 160.206); and
Changes to crewmembers' position or duties on the vessel (entry (4)(vii) to Table 160.206).
When reporting updates, revise and resubmit the NOA.
