§150.613. What are the requirements for a noise monitoring and hearing protection survey?
33 C.F.R. § 150.613
The deepwater port operator must measure noise and provide hearing protection in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.95.
The initial noise survey for a deepwater port must be completed within one year of beginning operations.
