§150.607. What are the general safe working requirements?
33 C.F.R. § 150.607
All equipment, including machinery, cranes, derricks, portable power tools, and, most importantly, safety gear must be used in a safe manner and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended practice, unless otherwise stated in this subchapter.
All machinery and equipment must be maintained in proper working order or removed.
