§127.1405. Repairs.
33 C.F.R. § 127.1405
Each operator of a waterfront facility handling LHG must ensure that—
Equipment is repaired so that—
The equipment continues to meet the applicable requirements in this subpart;
Safety is not compromised; and
Welding and cutting meet NFPA 51B (incorporated by reference, see § 127.003).
