Area A. The waters lying within an area bounded by a line beginning at a point located at the west bank of St. Johns River at latitude 30°15′11″, longitude 81°41′23″; thence to latitude 30°15′13″, longitude 81°41′14″; thence to latitude 30°15′03″, longitude 81°41′11″; thence to latitude 30°15′04″, longitude 81°41′20″; and thence to the point of beginning.
Area B. The waters lying within an area bounded by a line beginning at latitude 30°15′03″, longitude 81°41′28″; thence to latitude 30°15′02″, longitude 81°41′10″; thence to latitude 30°14′56″, longitude 81°41′08″; thence to latitude 30°14′54.5″, longitude 81°41′10.5″; and thence to the point of beginning.
