§101.650. Cybersecurity measures. — Inbound Citations

  • (4) All personnel must complete the training specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(ii) through (v) of this section by January 12, 2026, and annually thereafter. Key personnel must complete the training specified in paragraph (d)(2) of this section by January 12, 2026, and annually thereafter, or more frequently as needed. Training for new personnel not in place at the time of the effective date of this rule must be completed within 5 days of gaining system access, but no later than within 30 days of hiring, and annually thereafter.
