§1.01-50. Delegation to District Commander, USCG Arctic District.

The Commandant redelegates to the District Commander, USCG Arctic District, the authority in 46 U.S.C. 3302(i)(1) to issue permits to certain vessels transporting cargo, including bulk fuel, from one place in Alaska to another place in Alaska.
