§935.70. Limitation of actions.
32 C.F.R. § 935.70
No civil action may be filed more than 1 year after the cause of action arose.
No person is liable to be tried under this part for any offense if the offense was committed more than 1 year before the date the information or citation is filed with the Clerk of the Wake Island Court.
