§935.60. Wake Island Judicial Authority.
32 C.F.R. § 935.60
The judicial authority under this part is vested in the Wake Island Court and the Wake Island Court of Appeals.
The Wake Island Court and the Wake Island Court of Appeals shall each have a seal approved by the General Counsel.
Judges and Clerks of the Courts may administer oaths.
