§935.162. Use of special areas.
32 C.F.R. § 935.162
The Commander may regulate the use of designated or posted areas on Wake Island, as follows:
Restricted areas— which no person may enter without permission.
Prohibited activities areas— in which no person may engage in any activity that is specifically prohibited.
Special purpose areas-in which no person may engage in any activity other than that for which the area is reserved.
