§842.21. Who may file a claim.
32 C.F.R. § 842.21
A claim may be filed by:
A proper claimant.
An authorized agent or legal representative of a proper claimant.
A survivor of a deceased proper claimant in this order—
Spouse.
Children.
Father or mother.
Brothers or sisters.
