§750.68. Claims not payable.
32 C.F.R. § 750.68
A claim for damage, loss, or destruction of property or the personal injury or death caused wholly or partly by a negligent or wrongful act of the claimant or his agent or employee.
A claim, or any part thereof, that is legally recoverable by the claimant under an indemnifying law or indemnity contract.
A subrogated claim.
