§720.40. Purpose.
32 C.F.R. § 720.40
This instruction:
Implements 32 CFR part 146.
Establishes policy and procedures for requesting the return to the United States of, or other action affecting, Department of the Navy (DON) personnel and employees serving outside the United States, and family members accompanying them, in compliance with court orders.
