§269.3. Civil monetary penalty inflation adjustment.
32 C.F.R. § 269.3
The Department must, not later than July 1, 2016 and not later than January 15 of every year thereafter—
By regulation, adjust each civil monetary penalty provided by law within the jurisdiction of the Department by the inflation adjustment described in § 269.4; and
Publish each such update in the Federal Register.
