§241.10. Small business consideration.
32 C.F.R. § 241.10
The DoD CIO on behalf of the Secretary of Defense shall:
Ensure that, of the assignments made each year, at least 20 percent are from small business concerns (as defined by 5 U.S.C. 3703(e)(2)(A)).
Take into consideration the questions of how assignments might be used to help meet the needs of the DoD with respect to the training of employees in IT.
