This part of the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations:
Provides general information about the Defense Grant and Agreement Regulatory System (DGARS).
Sets forth general policies and procedures related to DoD Components' overall management of functions related to assistance and certain other nonprocurement instruments subject to the DGARS (see § 21.205(b)).
