§1903.3. State law applicable.
32 C.F.R. § 1903.3
Unless specifically addressed by the regulations in this part, traffic safety and the permissible use and operation of vehicles within an Agency installation are governed by State law. State law that is now or may later be in effect is adopted and made a part of the regulations in this part.
Violating a provision of State law is prohibited.
