§1697.6. Written decision.

The hearing official shall issue a written opinion no later than 60 days after the hearing.

The written opinion will include: a statement of the facts presented to demonstrate the nature and origin of the alleged debt; the hearing official's analysis, findings and conclusions; the amount and validity of the debt, and the repayment schedule, if applicable.
