§1697.3. Applicability.

32 C.F.R. § 1697.3

(a)

These regulations are to be followed when—

(1)

The Selective Service System is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another federal agency;

(2)

The Selective Service System is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the Selective Service System; or

(3)

The Selective Service System employs an individual who owes a debt to another federal agency.
