§850.703. Divestment.

The Secretary, in consultation with the heads of relevant agencies, as appropriate, may take any action authorized under IEEPA to nullify, void, or otherwise compel the divestment of any prohibited transaction entered into after the effective date of this part.

The Secretary may refer any action taken under paragraph (a) of this section to the Attorney General to seek appropriate relief to enforce such action.
