§802.1101. Amount of fee.

Except as otherwise provided in this subpart, the parties filing a formal written notice of a transaction with the Committee under § 802.501(a) on or after May 1, 2020, shall pay a filing fee as follows:
Where the value of the transaction is less than $500,000: No fee;
Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $500,000 but less than $5,000,000: $750;
Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $5,000,000 but less than $50,000,000: $7,500;
Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $50,000,000 but less than $250,000,000: $75,000;
Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $250,000,000 but less than $750,000,000: $150,000;
Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $750,000,000: $300,000.
