§589.326. New investment.
31 C.F.R. § 589.326
The term new investment as used in § 589.206 means a transaction on or after 3:30 p.m. eastern standard time, December 19, 2014 that constitutes:
A commitment or contribution of funds or other assets; or
A loan or other extension of credit as defined in § 589.324.
