§360.91. Additional requirements; bond of indemnity.
31 C.F.R. § 360.91
The Commissioner of the Fiscal Service, as designee of the Secretary of the Treasury, may require:
Such additional evidence as he or she may consider necessary or advisable; or
A bond of indemnity, with or without surety, in any case in which he or she may consider such a bond necessary for the protection of the interests of the United States.
