§321.27. Instructions and guidance. — Inbound Citations

  • ACH payment or ACH means an Automated Clearing House method of transferring funds under the provisions of 31 CFR part 210.
  • If an agent discovers an erroneous payment of securities, it should immediately advise the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Parkersburg, WV, as further described in the instructions and guidance issued pursuant to § 321.27.
  • Federal Reserve Banks (including any Branch or office thereof, as appropriate) perform services as fiscal agents of the United States. These Federal Reserve Banks shall perform such services in connection with this part as may be requested by the Secretary of the Treasury, or a designee.
