§306.3. Transportation charges and risks in the shipment of securities.

The following guidelines apply to the transportation of reissued securities or securities presented for authorized transactions:

(a)

The securities may be presented in person by the owner or the owner's agent.

(b)

If securities are not presented in person, shipment of the securities is at the owner's risk and expense.

(c)

Reissued securities will be delivered by certified mail or by other means, at the risk of the registered owner and at the expense of the Department.
