§947.842. Federal inspections.

Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.

Upon request OSM shall furnish a copy of any inspection report to the Washington Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Ecology. If there is a planning department in the county government where the operation is located, a copy of the enforcement action shall be furnished to that agency.
