§941.842. Federal inspections.

Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.

The Office will furnish a copy of any inspection report or enforcement action taken to the South Dakota Department of Water and Natural Resources upon request.
