§935.16. Required regulatory program amendments.

By December 18, 2015, Ohio shall amend its program, or provide a written description of an amendment together with a timetable for enactment which is consistent with established administrative or legislative procedures in the State, to require permit applications to list all unabated “violation notices”, as that term is defined in the Ohio approved program.
