§922.842. Federal inspections.

Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.

In addition to the requirements of part 842, the Secretary will furnish a copy of each inspection report regarding inspections conducted pursuant to this subpart to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources upon request.
