§921.843. Federal enforcement.
30 C.F.R. § 921.843
Part 843 of this chapter, Federal Enforcement, shall apply when enforcement action is required for violations on exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
The Office will furnish a copy of any enforcement document to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management upon request.
