§912.842. Federal inspections.
30 C.F.R. § 912.842
Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
The Secretary will furnish a copy of each inspection report regarding inspections conducted pursuant to this section to the Office of the Idaho Attorney General upon request.
