§910.842. Federal inspections.

(a)

Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.

(b)

The Office will furnish a copy of any inspection report or enforcement action taken to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources upon request.
