§905.842. Federal inspections.
30 C.F.R. § 905.842
Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all coal exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
In addition to the requirements of part 842, copies of inspection reports will be furnished, upon request, to the California Division of Mining and Geology.
