§800.12. Form of the performance bond.
30 C.F.R. § 800.12
The regulatory authority shall prescribe the form of the performance bond. The regulatory authority may allow for:
A surety bond;
A collateral bond;
A self-bond; or
A combination of any of these bonding methods.
