§701.2. Objective.

A general overview of the regulatory program to be implemented by the State or Federal regulatory authority;

The applicability of that program to coal exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations; and

The definitions that apply to the regulation of coal exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
